As a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York University
School of Law, Christine began her legal career as a public interest lawyer in
New York. Her interest in advocating for children with special needs
developed on both a personal as well as professional basis. As a mother of two
children with special needs herself, she quickly realized that many families
needed assistance to maneuver the complex world of special education,
especially those who were non-English speaking.
Christine became involved in many grassroots efforts to develop programs
and provide services for children with special needs, including an extensive
summer social skills program for children with Asperger's Syndrome and
related disorders.
Christine, who is fluent in Spanish, has been an active member of several
special needs organizations and has attended numerous conferences relating
to the needs of children with disabilities. After serving as an Educational
Advocate for several years, Christine worked as an Associate for the Law
Offices of G. Emerson Dickman in Maywood, NJ before opening her own
practice.
Christine has an extensive background advocating for individuals with special needs.
